02:22 PM ET 02.11 | Texas A&M Aggies star quarterback Johnny Manziel is one of the most highly discussed draft prospects in the 2014 draft class, and there are no signs of that changing as draft season gets into full swing. Recently, there have been rumblings that Manziel could be the potential No. 1 overall pick for the Houston Texans, but some aren't buying into that hype. In fact, one draft analyst says there is "no justification" for selecting Manziel with the top pick and that is without even taking Manziel's off-field antics into consideration.

Someone's going to take a chance at him in the first round, my picks will be the Rams or Cowboys.

Rams? No way. Bradford isn't that bad... The Browns will make a move to get him.

I agree. The Browns are dumb enough to do just that.

Hey now, my Brownies dumped Lombardi and Banner today and made Farmer the GM. Way to go, Jimmy!

Bad luck for the Texans...there's no clear cut stud @ #1.

Just swept out their GM. Maybe not as dumb any more.

Farmer will select him if Jimmy wants him.

Jimmy will inform Dawn who will send an email to Farmer.

All the combines in the world can measure physical talent and intelligence skills, but they can't measure desire and determination... Something tells me Manziel is real player...

Bradford isn't bad when he is healthy... but that's the major issue, his lack of staying on the field.

Get 2-3 picks for the price of the number 1 pick.

Manziel to Oakland. It just fits.

Dude is made of glass. But the prospect of a ton of dead money will keep the Rams from drafting a QB this year.

Trade for Bradford?

The kid is the best QB in this year's draft.

The young man has million dollar skills and a teen-age brain.
Will make some spectacular NFL plays, and may grow up, but it is a serious gamble.

The kid has arm and some plain dumb luck on his side that's for sure.

February 11, 2014  10:05 PM ET

He changed his pro day because he's working on mechanics......that reminds me of another SEC QB who wanted to go in round 1 not too long ago.

Or great luck they take Clowney and see which QB's slide to round 2 and if they don't like what's there they look at the top of round 3 at Garrappolo McCarron Boyd Mettzenberg etc.
