07:21 AM ET 02.13 | Having started his career with the Celtics back in 1997-98, Pistons guard Chauncey Billups can see the end of his playing days approaching. [Billups] often hears he can become the next great NBA coach. He is flattered, but Billups said he has his eye on the front office after he retires from the league. "Of course I have been thinking about my future the last five years," Billups said. "I think a lot of people think that would be the natural progression because of what I do on the court. But if I had my desire I want to be in the front office and put the team together and be behind the scenes rather than being on the court every day." ... Billups believes he could coach in this league. But he is interested in becoming the next Joe Dumars and not Larry Brown.

He is not as good as he used to be..

But when you get old, who is...

THIS: sHOULD HAVE PUT A UNIBROW ON IT...

The redesign comes two days after the Pelicans sent out an elaborate, cheeky press release announcing that Pierre would be undergoing reconstructive surgery to address a ???broken beak??? sustained when he ran into a basket stanchion while playing pick-up ball with a number of other mascots.

I heard Silver is looking implement a new rule that anyone who has played guard for the Pistons be automatically banned from holding a front office position.

The next Dumars, please Billups, you can be better than this fruad in the front office. Set higher goals for yourself. Dumars has been a failure for years now, I mean he hasn't had success since you were there leading him to a championship. Hell, the guy should be thanking you. The Kid2, and I'm out!
