07:33 AM ET 02.17 | This time around, Kobe Bryant would have to watch, though he's not ready to move on from the midseason honor. [Bryant] expressed hope that this won't be his last chance to play in an All-Star Game. "When you play in an All Star Game, that means you're one of the best players in the world. So it's obviously a big goal of mine to be there," Bryant said. "But it's tough coming here though." ... Bryant was also asked if he felt his body was giving out on him. The answer was yes. "That's part of the excitement of the challenge, that level of uncertainty ... are my best days behind me sort of thing," Bryant said. "And to have those conversations with yourself and not be intimidated by that and not be -- not succumbing to that is part of the challenge.

Wow, look at how many assists Irving had in the all star game! Amazing what he can do with teammates who can actually put the ball in the hole.

And with no defense being played.

Didn't seem like Dion Waiters had too much of a problem putting the ball in the hole. I thought it was amazing what he could do without Kyrie Irving.

HaHaHa...name one AS Game where defense is actually played.

Not good! It shows how great he is at street ball. He needs to prove that he can be a leader and not just the best And1 player in the NBA. You almost changed your view of Kyrie but him winning the MVP just made you put your blinders back on.

I could put the ball in the hole with the defense being played. Dion isn't shooting too good when it counts.

Nah, he's a stud player and only 21. Too bad he's got little talent to help him.

You could also dish out 14 assists in an all star game with the defense being played.

People laughed when I said he'd be a shadow of his former self.

I laughed when the Lakers gave him all that money for his worn out body, and then when you bet the Lakers would end up with a better record than the Mavs.

Still laughing.

What did that have to do with anything. He was already on the roster.

Is that nervous tick still causing you to shake your head?
