Steelers want Ben Roethlisberger to retire as Steeler

10:15 AM ET 02.20 | During the 2013-14 NFL season, there were some reports that the Pittsburgh Steelers and quarterback Ben Roethlisberger could be parting ways during the offseason, but that doesn't appear to be the case. In fact, both sides appear to be committed to each other and general manager Kevin Colbert has said it's "unanimous" within the organization that they want to see Roethlisberger retire as a member of the Steelers.

Unless they draft an offensive line that gives him some protection. Every time I see him play it seems like he is taking a pounding or is getting rid of the ball with defensive linemen wrapped around his ankles.
