Penn State changing its unis

07:35 AM ET 02.21 | A new era in Happy Valley may come with a new look, too. Penn State could be changing their football uniforms again. Three years after removing the white neckline from the home blue uniforms and blue neckline from the road white uniforms, the striping looks like it could possibly, potentially, perhaps be making a return. Maybe. In recent weeks Penn State football players have already been seen wearing football uniforms in public showing off the new, yet old, look. ... Penn State has not commented on the potential uniform change for the 2014 season. It is entirely possible the jerseys already seen will not be the official jerseys worn in the fall. These jerseys also did not have names on the jerseys, so they could have just been used for special or one-time use.

Here's a generational question for you all:

Which school uniform do you like more: Penn State or University of Oregon?

Don't ask me to explain why but it seems like the traditional PSU uniforms make their players look slower on the field, while the Ducks futuristic looking uniforms make them look faster.

I don't think it just seems that way. Penn State players are slower than the Oregon players.

They're generally less felonious than their West Coast counterparts too.......

The University of Oregon uni's and Maryland uni's both exhibit the same cacophony of hideousness IMHO...

If I'm the head coach it Penn State I change EVERYTHING... College football is all about recruiting and revenue. The current look is tied to the last regime which left about as disgraceful as you can leave, not to mention the look is about as simple and boring as you can get. Let Nike come in and get something fun, crazy, and that gets high school kids excited to come to your school

What I'm saying is put the Oregon players in PSU uniforms and they won't look as fast as they do in those futuristic looking threads they wear now. Perception is reality.

I know, Doc, right!?!

Dog-days of CFB offseason are officially upon us

The uniforms should be the last thing they change. They should change the culture that allowed young boys to be abused and the acts covered up.

I know, I was trying to be funny. Apparently I failed.

But they are fast. I watched them run circles around my slow **** UTK players this past year. SEC speed UTK did not have.
