09:46 AM ET 02.23 | Say goodbye to World Peace. Knicks coach Mike Woodson said Saturday the club is working on a contract buyout for Queensbridge's Metta World Peace and for Beno Udrih, which would end their tumultuous stints with the team. Both players flew home from Atlanta before Saturday night's 107-98 loss to the Hawks. Woodson, who took World Peace and Udrih out of the rotation in recent weeks after both were key offseason free-agent signings, said the club will "go in another direction."

There's an article which posits 2015 signings of Love And Irving as possible solution to the Knicks fans' woes. What does our Cleveland contingent think of this??

they lost their direction when they assumed LeBron was coming to NYC.. all the moves after "the decision" have been awful. Dolan needs to sell this team.. he is terrible

I actually wouldn't mind seeing the Mavs take a flyer on MWP.

Not happening. No chance. Irving is a restricted FA, meaning the Cavs can match ANY offer and keep him. Love wants to go to a contender. That's not the Knicks. Plus, by 2015, Melo's decline starts to become noticeable. Knick fans can dream all they want but the Knicks are not a desirable destination.

Teams were showing interest in Beno before the break. The Knicks ignore any offers and then just waive him. Even on small trades/transactions, the Knicks are struggling.

They'll probably end up on the Clippers or Heat?
