Miami running back bulks up

Javarris James has bulked up from 205 pounds to 216 and, ''he's got more burst and speed,'' Miami running-backs coach Tommie Robinson said. ``He didn't get the yards last year, but people don't realize almost every long run he had was called back.'' James said the extra weight allows him ``to take more pounding, because I'm an inside runner. I feel a lot different. Teammates told me I've gotten quicker.''
