06:51 AM ET 03.24 | Next week at Martinsville David Reutimann will be the man in Dale Jarrett's No. 44 on the Cup side. Still, Reutimann isn't really under that much pressure. David Ragan, on the other hand, is. Ragan, the man that Jack Roush picked to take Mark Martin's Cup ride last year, has struggled. But Ragan was a teammate of a man who has won at Nashville many times, Carl Edwards. A man who will really be under the gun next week at Martinsville is rookie Michael McDowell, who is taking Reutimann's Cup seat. McDowell, just 24, will be making his first Cup tour start at Martinsville. He's already guaranteed a spot in the field, through the points that Reutimann accumulated in that car. McDowell is pretty much a raw rookie, although he did win four ARCA races last season and finished second in that series' championship race. He led more laps than any other ARCA driver, and he ran fifth in the Talladega ARCA race.
