The more Rutgers coach Greg Schiano looked at his options for replacing Eric Foster at defensive tackle the more he began to realize he didn't have as many as he thought. But the choice he settled on -- at least for this spring -- is probably the most surprising of all. Defensive end Jamaal Westerman, a fifth-year senior who led the Knights in sacks last year, has been working this spring at the three-technique spot, auditioning as the successor to Foster, a two-year captain and defensive star.
