Vols' Parker sends congrats to Wiggins
OKLAHOMA CITY -- Props to Candice from Candace. When Stanford's Candice Wiggins scored 44 points -- the third highest in tournament history -- and added 10 rebounds and eight assists in the second round of the NCAA tournament, Tennessee's Candace Parker was pleased for her old teammate on the USA Basketball Under-18 team.
