Dinner links Ronaldinho to Milan
Ronaldinho has again been linked with a move to AC Milan after his brother and agent had dinner with the Italian giants's vice-president, Adriano Galliani. The Brazilian could also be touted to Inter as his sibling and representative, Roberto de Assis, met with directors from the La Beneamata.

Last time they said Inter Milan. Either it was a major typo or we could have one of the greatest player competitions ever. Inter versus AC for Ronaldinho? That could be amazing.

Irish, the rumor says he's been linked to both. I've heard rumors on both ends really - I think it is a fight over who gets him. I tell you what, it'd be sweet to get him to AC! Dinho, Kaka, Pato...whew!

I think they Dinho should play for the old lady and leave kaka and pato alone. I think he would hinder more than benefit from a move to AC

The thought of Kaka and Ronaldinho together on the club level is interesting, but remembering how they fizzled at the 2006 World Cup, I just don't think it works.
If he wants to go to Milan, it should be Inter and not AC.

It's gonna be AC or no one, he ragards Milan so high. He always talks to Kaka about them. He's going to Milan if he leaves Barca

Who is going to pay 60mil for this guy? I thought Nike was going to bail him out and I don't think Nike is doing that if he signs with an Adidas club. I like the Italian move, but I don't see it working out financially if they are paying outright.

Dinho is like a talented Matt Lienart. Partying all the time.

If anything, Leinart is like an incredibly lesser-talented Dinho, although that's a pretty bad comparison. No offense Irish, but I can't see Dinho and Leinart being compared to each other in any way.
As much as I hate to say this, looks like Dinho is gonna be out this summer, as he is fit to play but isn't even warming the bench for Liga games. I'm sure we'll see him out on the pitch for the CL matches though. I've also read several reports that Paul Allen is offering Henry $300k/week salary to headline for Seattle FC and that Henry is heavily considering it, considering he makes $256k/week at Barca. Zambrotta is as good as gone. It wouldn't be a stretch to see Thuram and Gio gone after this summer either. Looks like we're gonna be doing a lot of restructuring on the squad...

David James Brown (+1), i dont think Barca are gonna sell him for 60 mil. i think if they want to let him go theyll let him go for 25-30 mil tops.

Ronaldinho & Kaka would be killer together ! I think if he leaves Barca he will come to Milan, for the simple fact that Milan seems to have quite a few Brazilians.

just a reminder that Dinho's brother/agent is also Ricardo Oliveira's agent. and R. Oliveira is still property of AC Milan. but i dont see Kaka and Dinho playing together. Theyre like Lampard and Gerrard...

Thank you ctsubasa, that's exactly what I think. They do not work out well together. We can use the 2006 World Cup as footage of that. Kaka and Ronaldinho do not mesh.
If Dinho is looking to leave Barca he should go to Inter.

I disagree with those who think Dinho and Kaka could not work together. Dinho and Messi worked together fabuously prior to this year. The real need would be pairing them with a classic #9, back to the goal striker (i.e. E'to, Toni) to hold the ball up for them and win the aerial game in the six yard box. Unfortunately, Pato is not that player, nor is anyone else on Milan's roster right now. Actually, I think the real reason why Dinho appeared to suffer so much in the '06 World Cup and htis year with Barca is the lack of a true #9 up front. He does not pair well with strikers like Henry or Robinho - strikers who like to have the ball at their feet and do a lot of dribbling.

j11: Look at World Cup 2006. Those two never got on the same page and was a big reason for Brazil's disappointing finish.
As cstubasa well stated Kaka and Ronaldinho are like Lampard and Gerrard two sets of similar minded players who are confused of their roles when put together.

Milan needs to focus more on Pato and Paloschi. At Pato's rate of growth he should never lose playing time. He'll be WPOTY by the end of his career. I don't like this move.
