Kosta Koufos isn't the only Ohio State freshman ready to leave Columbus. The university announced today that forward Eric Wallace will transfer from OSU after playing almost no role on the team as a freshman. Still, the loss will be felt.

The Warden I agree with you.

Payback for Boren.

April 24, 2008  09:37 AM ET

Kufos does NOT have the skill sets for the NBA right now. Hello D-League!

April 24, 2008  09:45 AM ET

Kosta isn't leaving for the NBA. He's leaving for Greece.

April 24, 2008  09:46 AM ET

I really want some Boren payback. Can this kid transfer to Michigan? That would be a fair trade to me. I'm not hatin' on the kid but the more I hear about him transferring to the Bucks all the angrier I get. I would have never allowed him out of his scholarship if I was Rich Rod.

Man, what Ohio state needs is a brutha to play ball. Then they be good again.

April 24, 2008  11:00 AM ET

In that case, it was a SOLID decisiooooooon

April 24, 2008  11:09 AM ET

Well first i hope Wallace does go to Michigan so at least Michigan will have at least one good basketball players and haha JUSTIN BOREN IS A BUCKEYE!!!!!

April 24, 2008  11:44 AM ET

Justin Boren is also fat and lazy. Have fun with that.

April 24, 2008  12:33 PM ET

They're going to miss a guy that had no role this year? OSU must really suck.

April 24, 2008  12:59 PM ET

Im neither a Michigan or OSU fan but was watching clips of Boren at Michigan... he sucks!! as for Kosta Koufos he would be smart to go overseas because big men are never properly used in college and he wont have to sit out a year

April 24, 2008  01:36 PM ET

yea one of those all big ten fat and lazy guys. i honestly dont want boren. anybody that has it in them to play for michigan does not belong on a buckeye football team. once a buckeye always a buckeye. should be the same for michigan (guess not). The GREATEST rivalry in all of sports is being cheapened by people like Boren and Pryor not understanding the history of OSU vs Michigan.

Anyway. I think Kufos is reallty just testing the waters to he can see how much he can improve his draft stock next year. If Kufos was gonna go to Greece, HE would have went already.
Sucks to lose Wallace, he was probably one of the most athletic players in all of college ball last year. had potential

sounds like the UM coach

April 24, 2008  01:57 PM ET

I hope Borne works plenty during his off year for transferring. He won't be on scholarship at OSU.

April 24, 2008  01:57 PM ET

sorry Boren.

April 24, 2008  04:28 PM ET

Kosta isn't an NBA player. He isn't a first rounder anyway. If he leaves it's for Greece. The guy is on the Greek team anyway so why not go back to his adopted homeland (he was born in the US to Greek parents).
