Vikings like USC tight end

Now that the Vikings have solved their defensive end deficiency with the trade for Jared Allen, they are likely to focus on offensive line and tight end with their first pick (second round, No. 47 overall) Saturday in the NFL draft. Want a decent projection for the Vikings? Go with USC tight end Fred Davis.

The Vikings are getting SMART! I like this pick. It doesn't matter if it is Fred Davis or Dustin Keller from Purdue......I like both guys and it will help out the team so much.

Report Offensive CommentTE Kellen Davis from MSU is going to be the best TE out of this class. Dude is a beast!

Report Offensive CommentVikings think they are contenders...what a joke. They still don't have a quarterback. Only one mediocare wide receiver and Jared Allen had one good year in Kansas City.
Jared Allen = Herschel Walker
Here's to the Viqueens being at the bottom of the NFC North for years.

Report Offensive CommentDirtyRoster,
I have no doubt the Purple Pansies will leave Minnesota( land of 10,000 fairweather fans) just like the Lakers and North Stars.
Lets see, the Lakers have become one of the most storied franchises in the NBA, compare to the Timberpups. The North Stars have become the Stars and a dominate team in the NHL, compared to the Tame. I guess this means WHEN the Purple Pansies leave town, they too will become good.
Poor Minnesota.

Report Offensive CommentThis would be good pick for Minnesota. I don't who the strarting tight end for the Vikings is now. Davis is probably the most NFL ready tight end coming out college this year and will be a valuable weapon for Tavaris Jackson.

Yes indeed, lady. I like that talk......... Sounds like the lady I once talked back to and was SLAMMED to the ground to prove my point. I couldn't think of a good comeback, so I sauntered back to my cave to ponder.....
