Adriano linked to Fiorentina
Exiled Inter striker Adriano has admitted that he would consider a summer move to Fiorentina. Adriano was sent out to Brazil late last year for clinical rehabilitation following a nightmare 18 months of personal problems such as depression and alcoholism. While in his homeland he was allowed to join Sao Paulo on-loan, and he has largely impressed so far. "The Emperor" is due to return to Inter at the end of the European season, however there are strong doubts whether the Nerazzurri want to keep him.

yeah theyre talkin about Prandelli reuniting his Mutu-Adriano pair from their Parma days. two rising from their ashes strikers with their old coach in a rising (and pretty solid) team. they just have to try to keep Frey on their roster now.

He and Mutu together would be an explosive combination, in more ways then one.
In all seriousness it would be a good move on Fiorentina's part.

He has been good since he came to SP but he was invisible in the Palmeiras game, which was a big game.

This rumor is about two weeks old at this point. As a Fiorentina supporter, I love the idea of having Pazzini and Mutu playing in support of Adriano in Prandelli's 4-3-3. The real question is whether the club can afford him, and whether Inter is willing to loan him out to another Italian side.

hmm, if they make the CL, this could be a serious tandem. Some people say he would fit well in the prem too.
Go to Fiorentina!

Hehe, Florence is not like Milan in that it's not quite as easy to get **** up there. I think it would be a good place for him to get back in the game. I just hope that him and Mutu don't become coke fiends or something (although Mutu got married and had children since his days back in Chelsea). I kinda hope this happens.

This will make the Serie A more interesting again. Remember when Fiorentina had a young Rui Costa hook up w/ the great Batistuta?
