bottom line is Tim Tebow is an overrated hump. Not that this had anything to do with the thread.

April 25, 2008  10:49 AM ET

Good pick up for UGA. Florida will be fine overall. There's a kid down in Miramar (Eugene Smith) who is a better fit for Florida's offense anyway.

It'll be interesting to see whether this guy beats out Zach Mettenberger in a few years.

April 25, 2008  12:21 PM ET

You're really celebrating some geezer that fought in Wwll?

April 25, 2008  12:35 PM ET

I'm surprised UCLA was on his short list, and I'm a fan...

I don't get the WWII reference.

April 25, 2008  01:39 PM ET

Florida has enough QB's even after Tebow leaves...

April 25, 2008  03:33 PM ET

Florida always puts out top prospects for LSU its like a slap in the face when you get beat by a team that is led by one of ur own born and raised natives

April 25, 2008  11:20 PM ET

Florida is stacked with QBs. This was a good move on his part. They redshirted Brantley last year. So he will only be a freshman this season.

April 26, 2008  02:12 AM ET

Tebow. HA! How many gators out there watched Superman cry while he walked off the field in Jacksonville? maybe it was the sack party the Dogs held for him...or maybe it was because his shoulder hurt...mwa hahaha.

April 26, 2008  02:29 AM ET

Thats ok: we did'nt need him anyway. Go!

April 26, 2008  09:51 PM ET

Eric Zeier, David Greene, Aaron Murray, the list of bad ass QBs goes on..HA, If puppy fans want to inprove on the 3 wins vs Florida since 89 they better do more than get this kid.
