Who's willing to take Emery?
Ray Emery, who turns 26 in the fall, has done little to build up goodwill around the league. He's only played 134 NHL games and he's coming off a pedestrian 12-13-4 record with a 3.13 average and .890 save percentage. Here's the usual trade suspects: Tampa, Los Angeles, St. Louis.

I'd love to see this guy as a backup in Calgary under Keenan, Sutter and Iginla just to see him try his B.S there.

Toss him to the curb...even closer to the gutter where he belongs. All problems aside he is not an NHL caliber goaltender. I doubt LA or any young team needs his crap.St Louis....no..Davidson is smarter than that. Tampa Bay maybe...although for Vinny's sake i hope not.

who takes emery? nobody with a brain in there head...why would they want an average goalie with well above average off ice problems and an attitude to go with it all?

Tampa doesn't want him. Can you see Torts and Emery - that isn't fireworks it is a nuclear bomb. Even if it isn't Torts there is no way the players in Tampa would put up with Emery. I'd go back to Denis before I would want Emery in net. Oh and Geo - Tampa's "goalie issues" aren't all on the goalies. Look to the defense who often couldn't even defend against a group of midget players and the coach who doesn't know how to handle goalies to begin with.
