In one quick move, 14 months of constant frustration gave way to sweet anticipation for Dominic Rhodes. The veteran free agent running back agreed to a one-year contract with the Indianapolis Colts on Wednesday worth approximately $650,000, reuniting him with the team that gave him his first NFL break, and one he helped lead to a Super Bowl championship. He said he understands that Joseph Addai is the central figure in the Colts' ground game, and he's looking forward to challenging Kenton Keith and rookie Mike Hart for the backup role.

They are adding Mickey Mouse to the Colts backfield???????WTF????????

Well...at least he has a low center of gravity....but he has to know that the NFL will allow "Tail Tackles".....so he better tuck that thing in.

OHHHHHHH.........FRACK...........I should have read the article....instead of just the headline and looking at the photo..................OK...my bad....well yeagh....Dominic Rhodes is good too.

As a RAIDERS fan I am required to disagree with you.

I'm just glad that the backup RB position is taken care of now. Last year, kenton kieth was definitely not the answer to be the backup and this year now with rhodes and hart as backups, we will be in a much better condition with RB.

Left for money and came back realizing it was a great situation for him. We will be loaded in the backfield this coming year. Peyton will bring Dungy another title before he retires after this year. This could be a year that the Colts have their best team ever in the franchise.

Glad to see him come back and it is even better that he is content playing the back up role for the team.

I hope for nothing less but it won't be easy.

Nah. Micky is the new WR that'll replace Harrison if he spends time w/Vick.

I just got an email that identified the guy in the helmet in the photo as Dan Snyder of the Redskins. The sender is connected to the Skins so I just forwarded it to Vinny. I defend Mr. Snyder and this is what I have to put up with.
