McNamee turns up heat on Clemens

Lawyers representing Brian McNamee are preparing to send two retired New York City police officers to Houston, not to interview Roger Clemens but to find out information about him, including any possible connections to steroids and human growth hormone. Richard Emery, one of McNamee's lawyers, said Thursday that the two investigators were already working on McNamee's behalf and would go to Houston if the motion to dismiss a defamation lawsuit filed by Clemens last January is denied.

Any judge that allows Roidger's defamation suit to move forward, could care little about the law, and more about becoming the next Judge Ito.

Actually, it is really out of the judge's hands at this point. Clemens can keep pressing it forward, but the more it moves forward, the further back it pushes the reputation of Clemens.
