Kim's swing better than Tiger's?

Posted: Saturday May 10, 2008 09:13AM ET

When new Wachovia champion Anthony Kim came to realize his approach to the PGA Tour wasn't working -- he admitted he didn't work hard enough as a rookie last year and thought he was good enough to walk in and win -- he sought the advice of veteran players. One of those was Mark O'Meara, who served as Tiger Woods' mentor more than a decade ago. "At 21, 22 Tiger had already won six tournaments. I think Tiger's mental game was probably stronger. I think actual technique-wise, swing-wise, I reckon Anthony's swing is better at 21, 22 than what Tiger's was. But just because you have a good swing and hit the ball well doesn't mean that you're going to win tournaments. We've seen that."

Well, you have to remember that Tiger has retooled his swing twice in the last ten years. So no matter how good your swing is, you still have to make adjustments.

And Tiger has a hotter wife! But one thing Tiger is having a problem keeping tabs on is his hair. He's losing it!

Let's hope this Kim kid can become a player to give Tiger a run for his money. Competition is GOOD!

I agree warden. it would be nice for Tiger to have a regular competitor. However, the press will talk this guy up to no end and who knows how good he will be.

Until this guy wins about 9 majors, everyone needs to chill out. Tiger is so far ahead of the field its ridiculous.

And the reason why is that he is the best but is also constanty is trying to get better....not fatter, (Phil), better.

Hell, Els' swing is better than Tiger's!

A lot of guys had better swings than Trevino and have better swings that Furyk.
