Ortiz to reform Team Punishment

In it's heyday, Team Punishment was the top of the food chain in mixed martial arts. Founder Tito Ortiz plans to reform his fight team and return it to its former glory when Team Punishment fighters held the Ultimate Fighting Championship light heavyweight and heavyweight titles.

It's ain't gonna go too far...Tito's a good coach but that ego would get in the way for any prospects he has on its way, plus most fighters know they aren't going to be well rounded at Punishment, unless Ortiz can go get a great BJJ coach.

Report Offensive Commentwho's even thinking about tito ortiz? the last image i have of
Tito Ortiz was him getting it handed to him by Chuck Lidell.
and how long ago was that?
Give me an organization who's at the top to the game right now,not someone who actually has to reform a group like it's a reunion tour.
and whoever said members of his former fight team wanted to rejoin him?

Report Offensive CommentWho says it'll be the same members? Tito is a great businessman, and if he can promise strong young fighters that they'll get exposure and make money, he won't have any problem recruiting some top notch talent. I would love to see him back at the top, he's too entertaining to leave out of the show.

Report Offensive CommentTito is entertaining, but I don't think he will ever be back at the top. He has been exposed by Chuck and Many people even think Forrest Griffith beat him. Forrest really impressed me with his last fight, because I didnt think he had a chance against Rua. And the fact the he choked him out shows he is also working on his submission skills as well as his striking. Very impressive showing in that fight. I did love seeing Chuck using Tito's head as a punching bag after Tito was saying how he was going to destroy Chuck. Randy also made Tito his ****.
