Here's the deal, his mobility is limited because he is chubby and out of shape. You got a high ticket player that is going to eat his way out of the league way before his time. His contract will wind up choking you. His **** laying around the base paths is going to kill momentum. As he grows fatter and softer, he will become weirdly more brittle. After screwing up your team for the next few years, he will go on to get into shape and have a monster season, for someone else at minimum rates. He will then sign one more huge contract, relapse in blimpification and injure himself out of baseball.

It is ashame for such a young guy with a potentially awesome future ahead of him to not take better care of himself. A pox on long-term, huge money contracts. When you watch him play, he looks like he is having a ball out there, which is good. Hopefully he will continue to have fun while he matures and will only look like he's having a ball, rather than that he ate a bag of them.
