Pacman waiting on Commissioner

Any attempt by suspended cornerback Pacman Jones to speak with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell will have to wait until at least Wednesday. The NFL is holding its spring meeting today in Atlanta, where owners will pick the site for Super Bowl XLVI in 2012 and possibly decide to opt out of the current collective bargaining agreement. Greg Aiello, the NFL's senior vice president of public relations, said Goodell plans on getting a progress report on Jones "soon." Jones had been holding out hope he could take the field today for the beginning of the Cowboys' organized team activities.

Let them talk and see what happens. If Pacman's done what he's supposed to be doing, let him at least practice and review playing for the season during training camp. If not, oh well..
