Seton Hall coach feels secure

Seton Hall coach Bobby Gonzalez does not feel he's on the hot seat next season despite a school-imposed one-game suspension for ripping a Big East Conference referee following a tough loss to Rutgers. The fiery coach took responsibility for the outburst that led to his suspension for the opening conference game next season. He also insisted that his team is making strides after two seasons, and that he has never lost the support of the university president, Monsignor Robert Sheeran.

He shouldn't feel that secure.

Report Offensive Comment"I am a unique personality in that I coach with my heart and a lot of passion," Gonzalez said. "I coach with a lot of intensity. The bad part about that is a lot of people think I am trying to be the show, and it's my ego that wants all eyes on me. It's never been my goal to take away from the kids, the team or the game. I'm just very intense."
That was a quote from the article... and after having followed him at every game this year I don't quite know how he can say that... especially after he wore that hideous royal blue blazer to the Rutgers game...
