I just think it's obvious that the mets are not as good as the world made them out to be. They are a .500 team. Not rocket science.

Yes. Aside from the left side of the infield, a great free-agent ace, and an aging closer who still seems to have it, they have pretty much devolved into a fourth-or-fifth-place roster. Definitely not the same team that came within a few outs of the 2006 Series or started off raging last year....

the mets upper management need to make a move with this coaching staff before it gets to late in the year, they ve been playing uninspired baseball for a year now and if you feel this is a playoff caliber team which most of us think they are then management needs to change

Only Wright is good on that left side of the infield. Reyes is not a good player. He has speed, that's it.

Good comeback last night. I think it's safe to say that the Lidge deal is working out for us. 12 for 12 in saves.
