Yea, this guy is headed for NY or Boston. And by NY I mean either NY team. He would fit perfectly with them. To be honest I'm an Indian and a Cub fan. As a Cub fan I'll be happy to see him gone. He is a head case and definitely feels he's worth more than most people believe he's worth. He's looking for Zito money and if he gets it I'm going to laugh at the morons that give it to him....which means he'll probably be in a Yankee uniform next year. NOT taking a shot at Yankee fans....just your owner.

I agree hyperRevue. If they boo and don't like A-rod because he doesn't produce in the playoffs, they really won't like the lack of production Zambrano will bring with him. Cubs fans pretty much love all their guys through thick and thin because they want to win so badly. NY fans aren't that way as a norm, they are more, "what have you done for me lately" type fans and Zambrano won't fair well in that atmosphere.

He might be injured, that would make a perfect fit for the Yankees, considring their trmendous lack of pitching pickup over the past 6 years. Do you detect a note of bitterness?
Bring him on, what is another bunch of millions, at least it isn't my money. Hell the Yankees are worth 1.2 billion, they must be doing something right. Kepp it going. Hire another gun that will underperform under the spotlight.

As a huge Atlanta Braves fan I can say I DO NOT WANT ZAMBRANO!!!!! He has a cocky attitude and he there is no place for that with the Braves and Bobby Cox!!! Look what happened today! He got shelled by the Braves, and then he started a fight with his catcher Michael Barrett. So much for predicting that he would win the Cy Young Award. YOU SUCK ZAMBRANO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After what he did with Michael Barrett today, WHO would want Zambrano?

Maybe the Cubs ought to mix things up and trade Barrett to the ChiSox for AJ Pierzynski. Let's see how Zambrano gets along with AJ!

The Braves are a fairly classy team, I don't think Zambrano would help that reputation very much.

Not that Zambrano is heading to Atlanta anytime soon, but I'd just love to see him show up anyone on the Braves the way he showed up Barrett last week. Better yet, trade him to the Alabama State Senate and let him duke it out with the senator who took the swing at one of his colleagues on the Senate floor!
