Can NC State keep recruit home?

Many fans in Raleigh, where John Wall plays for Word of God Christian Academy, want him to commit to N.C. State. He is rated the nation's No. 1 player in the Class of 2009 by rivals.com, and the Wolfpack desperately needs a point guard. With Sidney Lowe coaching N.C. State and Monte Towe assisting, Wall would have two NCAA champion point guards to learn from. But Wall said he is wide open with his college choices. Those who believe he's leaning toward Kentucky? Wall said that's just because he visited there twice. He mentions Kansas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Virginia as other possibilities, but his list isn't limited to those schools. He said Duke has shown "a little" interest as well.

NCSU - he will start every game for a season then NBA bound.

do you really want him to stay for only one year? that defeats the theory of "building a team." Teams such as Duke and UNC look for players that WILL stay so they can create a solid team for numerous years.

"Hi I'm looking for section CC, row 15...Which way should I...Oh sorry, coach...I didn't realize it was dress like an usher tribute night..."

poor NCSU...not sure if they will ever get back to those old "Glory days"...and everyone else in the ACC has continued to step up their game...while they've basically just treaded water...no real reason for this kid to commit their unless there are some family ties or something that would keep him in Raleigh (which is an awesome city) but I'd be heading to UNC if I were him.
