OU sets limits on athlete jobs
Oklahoma has banned any business from employing more than five Sooners athletes at the same time as part of its response to NCAA violations that occurred when three football players took pay for work they had not done at a car dealership. In a series of compliance changes intended to bring more thorough monitoring of athletes' employment, even those that do not have a job are required to fill out a form stating their status. The changes were outlined to the NCAA in the university's annual compliance report required following major violations by the football and men's basketball programs. The Associated Press obtained the report Tuesday through an open records request

When in the NCAA going to get around to punishing Southern Cal? Or maybe the darlings from the west coast will get to continue getting away with paying off their players with homes, cars and women forever. Have you ever asked the question how they continue to get away with their infractions with no penalties of any kind? At least OU has a coach with some class to right the wrong that has taken place.

Heartland - you're clueless. even in the bush and mayo cases, it's alleged that AGENTS had the infractions, not USC. ask yourself why, in your mind, the rich kids are getting away with the same thing your rednecks arent... sucks.

MARINsur4 - you're clueless. USC only had to know or SHOULD HAVE KNOWN about the infractions - get ready - the piper is coming to USC
the rich kids - like they are! You mean like that Louisiana Boy you have over there flunking classes?
