Its been announced he's agreed in principle to a deal with St. Louis already, yet here we are again, with the Maple Leaf Media not accepting that people would rather work elsewhere, so they continue to make it sound like the Leafs are in the hunt for his services. Ridiculous

I can`t wait till Burke`s deal is done in Cali and he goes to some other team not named the Leafs. I swear the Toronto media makes all these rumours up so that people will talk about something other then how **** the Leafs are.

Gocan is right. Last night I flicked on TSN before the game where I immediatly hesitated as I wondered what sports award show Pamala Anderson was hosting?
Then I realized it wasn't Pamala at all. Only Mats Sundin & Mark Messier standing closely together. What a great "Pair" those two make.

Ha! He was fired and job was taken by a co-GM system that did a better job than he did. He was the guy w/ experience. A fired GM is not who you want to hire. If a GM is that important you need to go out and ask teams for permission to talk to their current GMs and see who will allow it. Toronto needs to hold off.
