Hurricanes in mix for top recruits
Miami is making a big push for two highly regarded shooting guards in the '09 class: Durand Scott (New York) and Anthony Marshall (Las Vegas). Plantation American Heritage guard Kenny Boynton -- being pursued by UM -- named Florida, Memphis, Duke, Texas and Georgia Tech when asked to identify five contenders for him.

This kid is a little bit undersize for the 2 and not sure he can play the 1. However, he can flat-out score. I saw him as a 6 grader playing against a 16 & under team in Delray Beach, Florida. You could see he had IT. He became more aggressive as the tournament went on.
By the time he played the second day he was simple the best player in the gym. I don't thin he will grow anymore he's about 6'2'' now. If he can learn to play the PG position he will be special at the college level.

He might be undersized but I would kill to see him play for the Red Storm. It wouldn't happen but I would still literally kill all in my way to make it happen.

He is a bigger stronger version of Erick Barkley with a jumper. He can get to the basket at will and plays on the ball defense like Linsey Hunter.
