Uh Oh, I wonder if Smith got Jeffy on his side to take a race away from Pocono? If he got Jeffy on his side he knows Nascar will listen to him and take away one of the races and move it to one of his tracks, if they do take a race from Pocono I hope it does'nt go to that little tyrant.

Add a Dirt track race. That would be a ball.

Forget repaving it, Pocono is a darn boring race and it should lose one of its dates if not both.

NASCAR cant run at every track in the USA. But Pocono should only have 1 race.

Pocono is for the birds (crows) none of the drivers want to race
there anymore,Jackman has the right idea , turn the whole
thing into a big dirt track,let the modified's have it.If you go on
line (Google)and ask for pictures of the track you will see why.

I always thought Pocono is about honeymoons and heart shaped beds. I am sure Nascar would hate to pull a race from the NE.

Remember the wrecks Jr, Park, and Gordon had there? Nasty.

They could repave Pocono and paint parking lot lines on it. That track should be a lot more interesting than it is.

It will eventually happen all over Nascar that the tracks will have one race a year or at best alternate years when they have 2 races at one track. The way the sport is growing and the way these bozos with money think getting one race will make their year keep on building tracks and then lobying Nascar for a race is getting out of hand. especialy with a half pint little tard like Smith.

by the way, i agree pocono is one of the best tracks to loose a race, espeacialy since it is like only 2 months between the 2 they got.

Most 1.5 miles should get one race, with the exception of Charlotte and Atl. All short tracks should get two dates along with the superspeedways mainly Dega and Daytona. Pocono should definitely go.

I am with you nascarzorin.....love the short tracks and restrictor. Pocono is a unique congifuration, just seems no one wants to watch this race.

I've been complaining about Pocono for years. Move on, NASCAR, move on.

Pocono is a boring track....Nascar needs to add either another road course or a short track...

The short tracks create more excitement and better "racin" for the fans.

I agree Jeff another road course in the place of Pocono would be great, especially after the road racing we saw last year.
