Injured Byrnes endures needling
As part of his rehab for hamstring woes, Eric Byrnes sees an acupuncturist and said he gets needles stuck up and down his body. After he left a recent treatment, he said he noticed a needle still stuck on the top of his head. No biggie. He pulled it out.

i like byrnes, he's one heck of a player on and off the field. goes balls to the wall all the time, he's really fun to watch, like a throwback player, and thats something thats missing in baseball... may not be the best defensive player, nor the most potent of bat, but the way he plays day in and day out overshadows either of those facts in my humble opinion.
