Can Bentley pass Browns physical?

With Kellen Winslow apparently back in the fold, the biggest question today will be the future of center LeCharles Bentley. Bentley was scheduled to undergo a physical exam at Cleveland Clinic on Monday in hopes of resuming his comeback. Bentley has not practiced with the Browns since tearing a patella knee tendon on the first team drill of the 2006 training camp and then suffering complications from a staph infection. The Cleveland native has dedicated the past two years to returning to his hometown team. He has spent the majority of his rehabilitation time outside the medical auspices of the club under a unique agreement with the team. If Bentley does not pass the Browns' physical this year, it's possible the team and Bentley would negotiate a settlement, effectively ending his Cleveland career without him ever suiting up for more than one practice.

According to the OBR, Bentley is just allowed to do individual drills and just stood on the sidelines today:

just another reason why free agency is so risky

but if he comes back healthy than their offenseive line will be scary

I hope he can come back and live out his dream. Every player dreams of growing up and playing for their hometown team. Few get to do it.

No problem passing the Browns physical - I have two artificial knees and I passed it with ease !!!

Too bad he turned down the Browns' contract offer. He actually had the nerve to ask for a release after the Browns stood buy this guy during his recovery.

Go break a leg out there Bentley!!!
