Hahvahd is in Cambridge, too, in case you forgot. But both MIT and Hahvahd have portions of their schools in Boston, if you want to get nitty-gritty and pick hairs about it.
Boston is too small and inferior to be considered a real city, even if the official designation says it is. :)
