Tubby offers scholarship to guard
Minnesota coach Tubby Smith, whose local recruiting territory has been invaded for several years by the Badgers' Bo Ryan, this week offered a tender to Milwaukee Bay View High junior guard Johnnie Lacy, who is among the top prospects in Wisconsin.
