Expert: Clemens could be indicted

The Justice Department has kept the details of its Roger Clemens investigation quiet, but lawyers who have been following the case said the feds probably already have more than enough evidence to indict Clemens on perjury charges. The evidence that has been public - testimony from Andy Pettitte and Brian McNamee, as well as the bloody gauze pads, used syringes and steroid vials McNamee turned over to authorities in January could be used against Clemens - should be sufficient for the Washington, D.C., prosecutors who are guiding the case to bring before a grand jury and ask for an indictment, said Golden Gate University law professor Peter Keane.

Grossedout9 - did you ever hear the saying "It is better to keep quiet and thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt" ... Barry Bonds was indicted last November ...
"The indictment, culminating a four-year investigation into steroid use by elite athletes, charged Bonds with four counts of perjury and one of obstruction of justice. If convicted, he could be sentenced to a maximum of 30 years in prison."

Let's see kids at a candy store for 6 or 7 hrs: and you want them back later after that? Hope you have some of those drugs we were talking about last night to feed to them.

Hiya Joe...how ya feeling today??

Y'all talking to me? then, I be fine.
