Dunn: I didn't call Ricciardi
The Adam Dunn-J.P. Ricciardi meeting never happened. And neither did the phone call, at least according to one of them. Ricciardi told Toronto reporters Tuesday before the game that he got a call from someone identifying himself as "Adam Dunn" from the "519" area code. I'm so sick and tired of this, first and foremost," Dunn said after the game. "But the real truth is, no, I have not talked to him. Again, I'm not going to go out of my way to get an apology from a guy I don't know. "No, it didn't happen and I hope this is the last time I have to talk about it." Dunn had no idea who would have called Ricciardi. "If he said he talked to me, it's a lie," Dunn said. Dunn politely refused requests from the Toronto media to talk about what Ricciardi said about him last week. He thought that was the end of it until Ricciardi claimed to have gotten the call. "It's a joke," Dunn said of the whole controversy. "It's annoying. I've got other things to worry about ... Hopefully, this is the end of it."

Regardless of what Biccardi said, Dunn stinks. He's a 2000s versioin of Dave Kingman. The guy only hits HRs and strikesout a ton.
He does look like the kidn of guy that can rip off a nice F.A.R.T though...I'll give him that.

dunn is a stud if i'm looking for lefty pop with run production he fits that mold perfectly. yeah, he K's a ton but he'll hit 40+ bombs with 100 rbi's and close to 100 runs and a on-base of close to .400 every year. yeah, i'll take that bum!!
