Titans Coach Jeff Fisher hasn't talked to Albert Haynesworth lately, so he has to take the veteran defensive tackle at his word. Appearing at a charity event Tuesday, Haynesworth said he's in great shape and will be ready for training camp whether he arrives with a one-year tender or a long-term contract. "That's great. I hope that is the case,'' Fisher said Wednesday. "I've been saying all along -- I hope that he is working hard and trust that at this point in his career he needs to do that.'' Haynesworth, who hasn't worked with the team so far this offseason, also claimed to be developing a six-pack abdomen thanks to a strenuous workout program. Asked about the six-pack, Fisher smiled and said: "It's in a cooler in the back of his car."

Six pack of jello cubes maybe. And after Jevon's deal, you'd think the last thing Fisher would be making statements on is "his" players carrying cooler of six packs in the back of his car.......Nice!

Don't let Kearse borrow that car..

Don't be too hard on the man. He has done well since stomping on Andre Gurode's face.

I'm pretty eager to see how the Titans play this season

If he doesn't get that new contract he better be working out real hard. Because one more season like last one and he will get a big money deal, if not from the Titans than from some other team.

With all of that weight loss, he can afford to step on people's faces more gently. Good for him.

Y'all need to get over the stepping on the face incident. How long ago was that? He has played well since then. Get off his back.

I think the Titans will sign him long term. Go ALBERT!!

Trust that he needs lipo, I do.

Funny how he steps on Gurode's face and was called the dirtiest player in the game, and now they trust him and shower him with praise. well, i'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Without him, I would never have known who the hell Andre Gurode is.

I'm in great shape like Haynesworth - of course I'm 57 with two artificial knees, two bumb shoulders and a back where they can't see anything but arthritis - BUT- "I"M GOOD TO GO" !!!
