Marseille interested in Eto'o

Olympique Marseille is the only French club to have registered interest in signing Samuel Eto'o after the striker was offered to several Ligue 1 clubs this summer. Barcelona is keen to off-load the Cameroonian international and alerted clubs in England and Italy of his availability, as well as selected teams in other European leagues, according to Sport.

Yeah, that's a good little joke. Marseille can produce good players but they don't bring good players back. They have produced Nasri and Ribery and many more and I just can't see them bringing him in. That young keeper they have is pretty good, I wonder where he is going to go in a few years.

Marseille doesn't have that kind of money.
I might add that Nasri is actually the only player they've really produced. Mandanda and Ribery were signed from other clubs...

I didn't realise Eto'o was suddenly crap. Oh well, I suppose things must be worse than I thought if he's going to Ligue Ern.. actually much worse, because we're not even talking about Lyon.
