Who knows who to believe on this one. But basically, if you're a Division I athlete at a high-profile school in football or men's basketball the wisest thing you can do is stay in your apartment, watch movies, drink milk, and do your homework. Otherwise you're under the microscope and stories like this one pop up.

Wow, most rapists don't have the decency to at least get the engine started with oral before penetration. Seems to me like this may have been consentual and then regretted.

My thinking is that the guy might be guilty. I only say this because, other than Juliette Lewis in the movie Natural Born Killers, I have NEVER heard of a woman complaining about a guy performing oral on her. Most women seem to appreciate a guy who's even willing to TRY.

Was the woman treated for a potential rape at any hospital? I am not an expert but I think it can be determined pretty easily by the condtion of her privates whether there was any "forced" intervention. Does anyone know...?
