White Sox won't deal prospects

Ken Williams agrees with White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen that it's still too early to pull the trigger on a trade. That doesn't mean the always- active general manager hasn't started the process by working the phone like a teenage girl. And while Williams wouldn't go into specifics about which clubs he has been in contact with, he did go into detail regarding what type of return he would be looking for if the Sox were to make a trade. In doing so, he continued to rule out any ideas that it would be for prospects.

Well then everyone from yesterday can rule out A-Rod being traded to the Sox. No prospects = no deal, until they change their mind.

Their hitting blows right now. why won't they deal to improve hitting and/or center and left field. they didi this last year when they needed someone to spark them. i hope this ain't a repeat of last year.

worldwide i have to agree....i would never have predicted the sox would be hitting this poorly at the begining of the year... they are way too talented to be playing like this.
