Jon Gruden and Bruce Allen are idiots. Their draft selections are just making sure nobody forgets it.

Bruce Allen is the GM in Tampa Bay. No doubt Jon Gruden is getting the final say on draft day, he got what he wanted for power when he went there. But for the record, here are two interesting facts. (1)Among 40 picks since 2004, Allen has selected 10 players who started last season. ( that includes the three games Cadilac Williams started last year before being injured).
(2) None have been named to a pro bowl.

50yearfan ... In fairness to Allen, I suspect Gruden makes the final decision on all draft pics. His ego would not allow less. That is not to say that he would do one bit better.
fact #3 Only two draft pics from 2004 are still in the league.
