Packers file tampering charges over Favre

The rivalry between the Green Bay Packers and the Minnesota Vikings just got a lot hotter. A National Football League source said Wednesday night that the Packers had filed a tampering charge with the league against the Vikings in connection with alleged contact with Brett Favre. The source said the Packers had provided evidence and information about the alleged contact. At this point, investigators for the league will look into the matter and decide what, if anything, to do. The source added that the Packers feel the case against the Vikings is strong. According to FoxSports, the report alleged that Favre had what it termed "inappropriate" dialogue with Minnesota offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell, a close Favre friend and former assistant coach with the Packers.

2 teams without qbs won't make much spark. vikes need randy back in uniform fake mooning the cheeseheads before this rivalry intensifies again. its more of a lingering dislike and a continuing disdain, than a growing wound.

Plus on top of that if he goes into a Vikings Uniform the Packers are royally *******ed. They will have a losing streak to the vikings for as long as Bret stays and Adrian Peterson is healthy. On top of that they have to worry about Dallas coming over to give them a proper wake up call.

If this really happened, I wonder how the Packers found out about it? Obviously Bevell didn't tell the Packers. Do the Packers have someone spying on or following Favre or have his phone tapped? Or did Favre tell them himself as some kind of leverage?
