When Tampa Bay Lightning center Jeff Halpern had major surgery on his right knee in June, the window for his recovery was from the end of October to the end of December. It is looking more and more as if he won't be ready until the end of that estimate. "It's a big injury," Lightning vice president of hockey operations Brian Lawton said. "There was a lot of atrophy." Halpern, hurt playing for the United States at the World Championships, sustained a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament, a partial rupture of the medial collateral ligament and a tear to the lateral meniscus.

I remember when I fix Danielsahn's knee in big karate tournament.

Beat cobra kai, good day for all!

Wow, that's a lot more damage than we realized! I hope he can play again. Probably will have to wear a brace for the rest of his career.

Gary Roberts could spit on Halpern's knee and knock at least 5-6 months off the recovery time.

Halpern had an amazing entry into the struggling Lightning team in February. He didn't need any time to find chemistry with his linemates. 10 goals and 8 assists in 19 games isn't a bad result . In fact, he outscored by far Vinny & St. Louis in those games.

Funny, Durk!

Gary could also do what the Alaska fishermen do when their hands swell and hurt to the point they can't do their job while fishing in the North Atlantic! He could p*i*s*s on Halpern's knee!

On the other hand, that might not be such a good idea! That'd be like pouring battery acid on his knee!
