If the Rangers fall out of contention, why don't the Dodgers go after Mike Young.

I believe Furcal is in the last year of his contract and is inury prone. I would love to reunite Jeter and Torre, I know it won't happen, but I can dream.

When you are under 500 you should be a seller not a buyer. Just because your division sucks does not make you a contender. The Doyers have as much chance as Ralph Nader does at being President of the Free World.

I thought there was a chance he might be back in September? And his contract's up? Yep, that changes things.

The perfect scenario would have Cabrera replacing Nomar at SS - just another ''nail in the coffin" !!!

No he ain't crazy and I think he's now tied for first over there! Those california commercials he's doing crack me up!

This is pretty old news. In fact, I heard that a trade for Jack Wilson was already on the drawing-board. However, the Dodgers' definitely need a SS unless they can get their infield looking like this:
C- Martin
1B- Loney
2B- Kent (aging)/Young (future)
SS- Garciaparra/Berroa
3B- LaRoche/DeWitt
