Dalton Pepper, destined to be the all-time leading scorer in Pennsbury High history, has orally committed to play basketball at West Virginia University, according to his coach, Frank Sciola. Pepper picked the Mountaineers over Villanova, Temple and Wake Forest, Sciola said. The primary WVU recruiter was Billy Hahn, the former La Salle head coach who is now an assistant under Bob Huggins in Morgantown.
