Nice try bbech. A 500k fine towards the Cubs doesn't help the brewers. For those of us who believe the punishment doesn't fit the crime, what should the punishment be? A warning? The punishment must be enough to discourage the other teams from following suit, regardles of what rule(s) is broken. And though 500k is stiff, there are other punishments besides monetary fines that would be considered more harsh. Cubbies havin' a bad week it seems.

It seems that when anyone does anything, Selig wants to hold everyones hand. LET THE OWNERS DO WHAT THEY NEED TO DO AND YOU BE A COMMISHIONER!!!!
