Nice to see someone showing a little compassion and understanding of a fellow human being in trouble. Who knows what brought her to this place in her life? I don't see why it is on MLB T&R though ... it's probably covered on TMZ and PerezHilton. I hope she can turn her life around and be a good Mom to her little boy.

Thanks. I subscribe to the George Carlin Sports Camp on the differences between baseball and football. Baseball games can (and do) go on forever but football has a rigid time limit.

Baseball is played in a 'park'. Football is played in a stadium.

I could go on but I won't.
