JR Motorsports crew chief resigns

JR Motorsports announced Wednesday that Cam Strader will assume crew chief duties on its No. 5 NASCAR Nationwide Series team beginning with this weekend's Kroger 200 at O'Reilly Raceway Park. Strader replaces Chad Walter, who has resigned. Strader, who has been the team's car chief since 2006, will serve in an interim capacity until a permanent replacement is named.

Found this:

As a crew chief, Walter has been to victory lane twice in the Daytona 500. But in 2008, he has had his share of fines. In Daytona, he fined $35,000 and suspended 6 races when NASCAR deemed the rear wing on Dale Earnhardt Jr???s was illegal. He was also placed on probation until December 31, 2008. He was also fined $10,000 July 2, 2008 for improper language during an interview June 28 after Landon Cassill was wrecked and in the garage.
