seriously, plaxico is worth a big raise. he is a proven warrior.

I'm really getting tired of these holdout stories..If you think he is worth the money, pay him..If not, move on..However, I would make him practice during the week just like anyone else..He can't pull that stunt about he can't practice but show up to play Sunday..Give me a break..Some of these athletes(Divas) are getting on my last nerve..

I hope it's the money and not his ankle. He made the rounds with ease to promote his new book. He deserves a pay raise, but Jerry Reese's phone line has been burning up since they won the SuperBowl...everyone wants more and it sets a bad precedent and "past practice." I can understand both sides in this ordeal.
I agree with Ted, 6 mil per is fair. Don't forget, before last year this guy gave up on plays.

I think we are all used to this tactic by the players, no real injury or anything. They just can't "go" that particular day. Coughlin should make him fill gatorade cups for the players who did practice!

Didn't Plaxico make a living last year not practicing? Just playing game day? Maybe he thinks he can milk this again and not put in the work, just show on Sunday for the glory. I would be embarrassed to put in no effort during the week. What a weak-**** effort! I have NO respect for that--this smells a rat and it looks like it is hanging from his chin!!
