RB picks Vandy over Tech
One week after participating in a camp at Vanderbilt, Chamblee running back Warren Norman pulled the trigger on a commitment to the Commodores. Norman confirmed to The State Sunday night that he will sign a letter of intent with Vanderbilt in Feb. 2009. The 5-foot-10, 191 pound back chose the Commordores over Georgia Tech and Iowa State.

Ouch... losing football players to Vandy has to hurt a coaches pride

The decision was probably due to the opportunity to come in and play right away at Vandy as opposed to Tech having a core of RB's already.

Georgia will lose at least 3 games this year, (i.e. Arizona State, Tennessee, Florida, and probably another).
They're the current SEC media darling. Anytime the "drive-by" media keeps hammering something down your throat (i.e.: USC in 07, Obama in 08, Georgia in 08), its likely to be a flop. Anytime there is a media consensus, it can be a curse. Im sure Knowshown Moreno is decent but come on---comparing him to Herschel Walker already is crazy.
Fact 1: Georgia will not even win their own division, let alone the SEC, or the National Championship.
Fact 2. Barack Obama will lose to John McCain by a bigger margin than people think.

i believe in paul johnson. and he can get any recruit that is right for GT, if this guy doesn't want to fight for one of THREE RB positions tech, then he doesn't have the confidence and drive to help them win.
